Engineers complete asbestos awareness course

This follows the business recently being awarded the “Safe Contractor” accreditation award, proving their health and safety expertise is at the top of its game.

The business who are based at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, offer a nationwide service providing a fully integrated supply and installation process for high quality filtration products, water softeners, water cooling, water heating, luxury water dispensers, water safety, general plumbing and ozone cleaning products.

Kevin Morgan, MD of GreenFit Solutions, said: “We’ve been offering this service to our customers for over 8 years. The team are highly qualified, but in order to further develop their skills and boost safety credentials, I felt it was important to strengthen the team’s credibility by putting them all through asbestos awareness training. We have a duty of care, and it’s vital that our engineers have the necessary, up to date knowledge to enable them to identify and deal with the very real risks caused by asbestos.”

GreenFit Solutions is already working with household names including Homebase, B&Q and Brita. They have contracts with several local authorities and are working with Plentific nationally providing a number of domestic services. They also install Methven showers and Tersano products, with the list of high profile brands continuing to grow.
