Introducing the RGX Gateway

Industrial Scientific is pleased to introduce a new addition to its wireless gas detection portfolio, the RGX Gateway. The RGX provides real-time access to hazard exposures, panic and man-down situations, and exact locations via text, email, or on-screen alerts for improved response and productivity. By activating beaconing mode, the RGX Gateway can also assign customisable site names to Ventis Pro gas monitors within Bluetooth range.

The RGX Gateway is compatible with LENS Wireless-enabled Ventis Pro multi-gas monitors and Radius BZ1 Area Monitors. LENS Wireless, a peer-to-
peer communication system, shares alarms and gas readings from connected instruments with the RGX Gateway. Using cell, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet, the RGX
transmits real-time data to cloud-based iNet® Now live monitoring software that sends alerts to key team members within seconds. With RGX, safety managers can receive emails, SMS texts, and on-screen alerts from anywhere in the world when incidents occur.
