Purex at Southern Manufacturing

The company exhibited its advanced technology to filter the hazardous fumes from applications such as laser coding, marking, engraving and cutting, coating & dispensing and hand & machine soldering. Products included the new FumeCubePRO with a deep carbon filter and high performance H14 HEPA. According to Purex, the machine offers excellent filtration performance down to 0.3 of a micron and is available with one or two extraction arms which can be attached to the workbench.
 
Also on display was the 800 model, specially designed to remove and filter the harmful fumes from conformal coating and dispensing machines used in the electronics and manufacturing industries. Solutions for laboratory work included the CleanCab work station which is used to enclose the work piece to maximise extraction performance.
