HB Protective Clothing has launched another multi-standard softshell jacket – the HI-VISION model, coloured in fluorescent orange/navy.
The provider of garments for serious hazards like heat, flame, electric arc flash and high visibility weather protection, is said to be the first manufacturer offering hi-vis softshells as a multi-risk collection.
To ensure a comfortable jacket for all seasons, HI-VISION softshells are designed to be lighter and more compact than parkas, as well as warmer and more windproof than fleece. The addition of 3M Scotchlite reflective stripes also offer protection in dark or bad weather conditions.
The breathable jackets are suitable for plant engineers and electricians as well as for public areas like transport and public utility. The HB HI-VISION orange softshell jacket is certified according to ISO 20471 class 2, IEC 61482-2 class 2, EN ISO 11612 A1/B1/C2 and EN 1149-5.
