Time to celebrate

Last year the Raceview Road manufacturer gave shopfloor employees a 'belt watch' to mark the milestone as part of its Watch Out campaign. The initiative encourages colleagues to continue to ‘watch out' for one another in the workplace and stay vigilant when it comes to safety.

The campaign will now be rolled out to other Michelin factory sites.

Site safety manager Jimmy Fenton said: "This outstanding safety record demonstrates the commitment of our employees to work in a safe environment and our 'Watch Out' campaign marks Michelin’s ongoing obligation to ensure its employees have a secure place to work."
