Two accreditations

Two accreditations have been achieved by Reliance High-Tech, an independent security systems integrator, in the first month of 2018. These are the ISO 14001 and Achilles UVDB. Both accreditations prove that Reliance High-Tech remains dedicated to complying with important statutory and regulatory requirements and standards.

ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. It helps organisations improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders.

Achilles UVDB has also been attained for the ninth consecutive year. Over 1,500 individual buyers from over 80 UK utilities companies such as National Grid, Thames Water, Scottish Power, SSE, UK Power networks use Achilles UVDB to find suitably qualified suppliers, allowing them to manage supply chain risk and comply with EU regulations.
